📋 Description

• Build a comprehensive fundraising program to grow Airbnb.org's $10K+ donor base.
• Develop a portfolio of major donors; cultivate and solicit $50K+ gifts.
• Revitalize and expand donor portfolios using moves management; identify new prospects.
• Develop tailored prospect strategies to drive engagement and giving levels.
• Lead campaigns (Annual Fund, Emergency Response) from design to reporting.
• Organize and manage fundraising events with effective follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in major gifts fundraising; track record of six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Experience leading frontline fundraising teams and scaling systems.
• Long-term strategic thinking with strong execution in a results-driven environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives.
• Strong research/analysis skills; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
