🎯 Requirements

- Deep understanding of the French consumer landscape and eCommerce ecosystem.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with strong financial acumen and business case development skills.
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional or matrixed teams across geographies.
- Familiarity with international eCommerce operations, including logistics, fulfillment, payments, returns, and CX.
