📋 Description

• Own end-to-end financial performance narrative across the group.
• Be the single source of truth for management, board and investors.
• Lead and develop FP&A, Reporting and Business Partnering teams.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights for global growth.
• Back decisions with robust financial logic.
• Define roles and ways of working across FP&A.
• Hire, mentor, and retain high-performing finance talent.
• Foster accountability, rigor, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure a single source of truth across financial data and reporting.
• Drive integrity, consistency, and auditability of outputs.
• Lead periodic reporting to management, board, and investors.
• Own end-to-end planning: annual budget, quarterly targets, monthly forecasts.
• Develop and maintain operating financial model; rolling forecasts.
• Design and scale business partnering with senior leaders.
• Oversee building of business cases and ad-hoc analyses.
• Implement best practices, automation, and tools to scale FP&A.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Proven track record leading high performing teams.
• Experience running FP&A cycles (reporting, budgeting, planning).
• Strong business acumen; able to communicate to diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset to build the FP&A team.
• Innovative, results-oriented; comfortable in fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: familiarity with LTV, ARPU, MRR, NRR, ROI.
