📋 Description

• Define, operationalize and execute financial and KPI goals aligned with business strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver value to EarnIn’s users and outcomes for EarnIn’s business.
• Lead annual and multi-year FP&A planning processes.
• Lead monthly forecast, variance analysis, and operational reviews.
• Communicate business objectives and performance to leaders, investors, and the Board of Directors.
• Lead the AI transformation of the FP&A function.
