📋 Description

• Partner with the CFO to define financial strategy and present insights.
• Lead FP&A processes: forecasting, scenario modeling, long-range planning.
• Design executive reporting linking results to KPIs.
• Oversee OPEX management and annual budgeting; optimize resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive growth.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Fintech/crypto or modern financial services background.
• Strong commercial mindset; translate data into growth.
• Cross-functional partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan) and data analytics.
