🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in engineering, infra, developer tools, applied AI, or customer engineering
- Experience leading Forward Deployed Engineering or related teams
- Deep curiosity about AI-native software development
- Strong technical judgment and ability to work with senior engineers and executives
- Experience building and shipping production systems in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication and customer leadership skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal process
- Nice-to-have: AI agents, LLM workflows, or developer tooling platforms
