🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in BSA/AML with at least 5 in leadership.
- Experience as BSA Officer or with regulatory reporting.
- Deep expertise in BSA/AML, OFAC, FinCEN, and federal laws.
- Proven track record building technology-enabled risk functions.
- Experience leading investigative teams for regulatory reports (SARs/CTRs).
- Excellent communication with Board-level audiences.
