🎯 Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Recognised qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 10+ years' experience, incl. 5+ in leadership.
- Collaborative leadership, developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication across Freetrade and parent group.
- Experience navigating agile, scaling environments.
- Leading financial control in high-growth businesses, retail financial services or tech.
