Head of Financial and Business Intelligence

📋 Description

• Set vision and lead Financial & BI function; define operating model and priorities.
• Own exec reporting and MI; ensure accuracy and timeliness of insights.
• Build enterprise data foundation; data quality, governance, ETL, controls.
• Generate proactive BI and insights; identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance diagnostics.
• Partner with senior leaders to align KPIs and enterprise view.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, CS, or related field.
• 15+ years in BI/analytics or related roles; leadership in asset management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of asset management distribution, KPI design, forecasting, data governance.
• Proven in building trusted reporting environments; scalable management information practices.
• Proficient in Salesforce or CRM; Power BI; SQL; Excel; ETL and AI tooling.
• Experience leading distributed/federated teams; balance enterprise standards with partnerships.
