- Global accounting and multi-jurisdictional reporting: standards, revenue recognition, consolidation, intercompany, transfer pricing controls.
- Finance operating model and team leadership: structure, processes, systems, workflows, governance.
- AI-native finance systems and automation: AI tooling, automation, data flows, scalable ops.
