Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and strategy
Own FP&A: annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance, scenario planning
Build financial models to support investments and fundraising
Prepare reporting for Exec Team: budget vs actual, cash runway, KPIs
Design scalable finance processes, controls, and procedures
Mentor and lead finance team; champion AI and automation in finance

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, fund operations
CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent strongly preferred
FP&A experience: budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance, and reporting
Strong accounting foundation; ability to review detailed accounting work
Strong US GAAP knowledge for investments and alternative assets
Fund accounting experience in hedge funds, VC, or PE
