- 8+ yrs in ops/strategy for field engineering at high-growth SaaS; 3+ yrs leading teams
- Experience building/scaling ops for pre/post-sales tech teams (Solutions Architects, PS, CSE)
- GTM systems proficiency, esp. Salesforce admin/architecture, custom objects, flows.
- Track record in territory planning, capacity modeling, and comp design for tech field teams
- Systems thinker who identifies leverage points and builds roadmaps to scale FE ops
- Strong analytical instincts; instrument metrics and drive accountability
