Head of Enterprise Risk Management

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and refine ERM frameworks and governance.
• Oversee risk assessments and RCSAs; ensure risks identified and mitigated.
• Oversee ERM programs: model, third-party, operational risk, BC/DR, policy, security.
• Establish KRIs, risk appetite, and enterprise risk registers; report to leadership.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on risk matters.
• Set ERM committee agendas with the Chief Risk Officer.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in accounting, business, finance or related field.
• 12 years in Enterprise Risk Management in Financial Services.
• 5 years as senior ERM leader in a $5B+ asset publicly traded financial institution.
• CPA, CIA, etc.
• Ability to understand and manage complex projects with stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and ability to present to large groups.
