Head of Enterprise AI Delivery Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Delivery Operations Managers across enterprise engagements.
• Translate customer outcomes into engagement-level OKRs; drive weekly reviews.
• Own integrated client delivery schedules: milestones, dependencies, critical path.
• Establish milestone governance: definitions of done, entry/exit criteria, scope control.
• Run delivery cadences: standups, risk reviews, exec updates, escalation paths.
• Create SSOT for engagements: artifacts, decisions, risks, owners, plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in delivery ops, TPM, or enterprise operations.
• 2+ years people management or leading multi-person delivery pods.
• Proven ability to run enterprise delivery with OKRs, integrated plans, milestones, accountability.
• Strong stakeholder presence with customers and internal leadership; calm under pressure.
• Technical fluency to engage with senior engineers and IT stakeholders (integrations, risk).
• Nice to have: AI/ML deployment exposure; procurement/security workflows; audit readiness.
