🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency trading
- Strong hands-on in Rust, C++, or C
- Willingness to become deeply proficient in Rust
- Algorithmic options trading knowledge: automated quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls
- Experience with SQL in production environments; PostgreSQL preferred
- Distributed systems and production reliability
