🎯 Requirements
- Proven Head of Engineering/Director/Senior EM in fintech or financial systems.
- Built or scaled systems at Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, Coinbase, or similar.
- Deep experience with payments infra, ledger/accounting, high-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in regulated environments: KYC/AML, compliance, reporting.
- Backend leadership Node.js/TypeScript preferred; distributed, event-driven, data reconciliation.
- Translate business problems into tech solutions; strong prioritization and cross-functional leadership.
