🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12-15 years of hands-on software development; 5+ years leading teams.
Strong backend with Spring Boot; frontend exposure a plus.
Proven CI/CD, deployment systems, and tech debt reduction.
Lead managers across distributed, multi-geography teams.
Experience in fintech or regulated environments is a strong plus.
