  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing sales leaders is preferred.
  • Proven experience coaching front-line leaders (Managers/Supervisors) for scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop 1-3 year pipeline and GTM strategies.
  • Collaborative with executive leadership, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in BDR/SDR best practices, pipeline generation, and sales tech.
