• Lead formation and growth of Caspian into a high-performing biotech.
• Oversee early clinical development of the lead program in IND-enabling studies.
• Provide scientific, operational, and organizational leadership.

• Partner with the CEO and Kura leadership to accelerate Caspian's growth.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or MD strongly preferred.
• Significant experience in early clinical development and advancing programs.
• Ability to influence and lead at the executive level.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and lead biotech organizations.
• Experience overseeing development plans, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional execution.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to engage in all aspects of execution.

• Base salary: $325,000-$380,000/year.
