  • Lead the DX Supercharge Project digital transformation marketing work across a matrix team.
  • Define objectives, strategy, KPIs, ROI metrics, dashboards, and governance.
  • Drive innovation: identify use cases, run tests, scale what works.
  • Own strategic partnership with Accenture: governance, scope, deliverables.
  • Lead a hub team and deliver via scrum across internal teams, markets, agencies.
  • Manage senior stakeholders across AEMEA, Global Brand Teams, and Japan HQ.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • University-level education or equivalent (business, marketing, analytics, technology).
  • 12+ years in digital marketing, digital transformation, e-commerce, analytics.
  • 5+ years leading complex programmes with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Proven experience running acceleration programmes (rapid delivery, testing, measurement, scaling).
  • Experience managing a major global consultancy partner (e.g., Accenture) with governance.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-market environment (AEMEA essential).
