- 5+ years leading complex programmes with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience running acceleration programmes (rapid delivery, testing, measurement, scaling).
- Experience managing a major global consultancy partner (e.g., Accenture) with governance.
- Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-market environment (AEMEA essential).
