  • University-level education or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, or tech.
  • 12+ years in digital marketing, digital transformation, analytics, or related roles.
  • 5+ years leading complex programmes with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Proven experience running acceleration programmes (testing, measurement, scaling).
  • Experience managing a major global consultancy partner (e.g., Accenture).
  • Experience in a highly matrixed, multi-market environment (AEMEA essential).
