📋 Description

  • Lead the DX Supercharge Project: define scope, objectives, plan, and matrix team.
  • Establish KPIs and ROI metrics; dashboards and learning cycles.
  • Drive innovative digital transformation marketing approaches; test and scale what works.
  • Own strategic Accenture partnership: governance, plan, scope, and reporting.
  • Lead a hub team; manage scrum delivery across internal teams, markets, and partners.
  • Senior stakeholder management across AEMEA, Global Brand Teams, and HQ.

🎯 Requirements

  • University-level education or equivalent (business, marketing, analytics, technology).
  • Training in agile delivery and scrum (preferred).
  • Training in measurement, experimentation, media effectiveness, or marketing finance (preferred).
  • 12+ years’ experience in digital marketing, digital transformation, e-commerce, analytics, or related roles.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading complex programmes with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Proven experience running acceleration programmes: rapid delivery, testing, and scaling.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a major global partner (e.g., Accenture) with governance.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-market environment (AEMEA essential).
