🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in credit card disputes, chargebacks, or related function
  • Deep knowledge of Reg E, Reg Z, and dispute rules; ownership of compliance
  • Experience overseeing or partnering with BPO disputes operations
  • Strong analytical skills; pull data, identify patterns, and translate into recommendations
  • Comfortable cross-functional with Compliance, Fraud, Eng, and external banking partners
  • San Francisco-based and in-office 5 days a week
