- 7+ years digital marketing with CRO; 5+ years leading a digital experience function in D2C.
- AI proficiency with Claude/Claude Code/Cursor for updates and SEO analyses.
- Proven CRO and organic growth track record for D2C brands.
- Expert SEO, technical optimization, and AI discovery platforms.
- Strong experience with A/B testing, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Webflow CMS familiarity; ability to build pages without engineering; Bachelor's degree.
