• Oversee design operations, workflows, and AI tool integration.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in creative production across mobile apps, games, or interactive experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team through multiple product cycles.
• Strong portfolio in illustration, animation, and UI.
• Comfortable mentoring creative teams while staying hands-on.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across art, animation, PMs, engineers, and marketing.
• Expertise with Figma, Linear, Notion, and Drive; plus engagement with AI design tools.
