📋 Description

• Lead the department during performances, rehearsals, and maintenance.
• Oversee installation, operation, and troubleshooting of show tech.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and inventory for the department.
• Collaborate with Band Leader, Band, Coaches and Act Captains.
• Maintain documentation, scheduling, onboarding, and HR tasks.
• Ensure safety training and OSHA compliance for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Five+ years in a similar role on large-scale productions.
• Three+ years of leadership experience.
• MS Office plus AutoCAD (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of AC/DC electricity, basic electronics, and lighting ops.
• Proficient with audio gear, LCS Cue Station, RF, video, and comms.
• Knowledge of wireless mic systems and automated systems.
