Ensure safe, consistent operation of all production rigging for every performance.
Coordinate scheduling and planning of all departmental activities.
Maintain safety policies, fall protection, PPE, and a culture of safety.
Oversee maintenance routines and inspections; document results.
Manage department HR tasks: hiring, schedules, and stock parts.

🎯 Requirements

Professional/technical training in rigging or live entertainment.
5+ years in live entertainment (circus/theatre).
3+ years in leadership/head department role.
Advanced knowledge of acrobatic rigging techniques/equipment and safety.
Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and rigging plots.
Fluent in French; English required; relocation to Nuevo Vallarta.
