Lead the Automation dept during performances and training.
Manage budgets and forecast department needs; track inventory.
Ensure safe operation and continuity of show tracks; training.
Document all designs, equipment, procedures, logs, projects.
Oversee special automation projects: purchasing, installation, testing.
Collaborate with Show Technical Director and Production Manager to support rehearsals and ops.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in motion control/large-scale theater ops.
3+ years leadership experience.
Experience operating large theater automation systems.
Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical/hydraulic; Ethernet/PLC.
PLCs/electronics knowledge; hydraulic/motor repair.
OSHA 30; swim test; fluent English; headset comms.
Availability for varied shifts incl weekends/holidays.
Education: High school diploma or GED; vocational diploma.
