Head of Data and Analytics

📋 Description

• Design/build the first centralized data warehouse and single source of truth.
• Provide execs with visibility to manage the business and access essential data.
• Deliver high-impact dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
• Build and own end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines from HubSpot and internal sources.
• Define standardized data models, KPIs, and a data dictionary.
• Establish data governance and RBAC security controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building a data function from scratch in a startup/scale-up.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar.
• Advanced SQL with data modeling and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of Python for ETL, analysis, or automation.
• Strong prioritization and focus on high-impact work.
• Ability to communicate data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to own end-to-end work with little guidance.
• Practical, problem-solving mindset.
