Head of Data and Analytics

📋 Description

• Design and build the company’s first centralized data warehouse from the ground up, establishing a single source of truth across the business.
• Provide the executive team with visibility to manage the business while speeding up access to fundamental data.
• Deliver high-impact dashboards for executives and key stakeholders with clarity, usability, and actionability.
• Build and own end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting data from systems such as HubSpot and internal product data.
• Define standardized data models, KPIs, and a company-wide data dictionary for consistent reporting.
• Establish data governance and security controls, including role-based access tiers, to meet security standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building a data function from scratch in a startup/scale-up.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Advanced SQL with data modeling and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of Python for ETL, analysis, or automation.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to focus on high-impact work.
• Ability to clearly communicate data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
