Ensure data is synchronized, consistent, and reliable across systems.
Build and maintain pipelines feeding AI features, reporting, and analytics.
Establish governance, quality standards, and observability at scale.
Balance data needs for customer products and internal analytics/infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in data engineering, analytics, and AI; 2+ years in senior leadership.
Hands-on AWS data platform experience; you've built and scaled it.
Systems thinker with strong business context, not just architecture.
Deep knowledge of modern data stack: warehousing, ETL/ELT, orchestration, BI.
Familiarity with AI/ML, tools and APIs; guide infrastructure decisions.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams.
