Head of Data

📋 Description

• Define and execute HappyCo's data strategy aligned with goals.
• Roadmap analytics, ML, and data platform evolution.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Build and mentor a data team (engineers & analysts).
• Design canonical data model and property graph across ops data.
• Oversee data platform: warehouse, pipelines, governance, APIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data science, engineering, or analytics.
• Designing data architectures for complex operational systems.
• Strong experience with data warehouses and distributed processing.
• Hands-on with analytical models or ML systems.
• Translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering.
• Technical skills: SQL, Python; BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Entity resolution or knowledge graph experience desirable.
