5+ years in Data Science/Analytics.
Expert SQL; Python or R.
Experience designing/statistical and ML models; large-scale analyses.
Familiar with Snowflake, BigQuery, DBT.
Strong visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
2+ years leading projects or mentoring analysts.
