• Translate themes into roadmaps across data eng, analytics, ML, and MLOps.
• Grow an opinionated Data & AI offering with vertical depth.
• Define reference architectures, standards, and patterns.
• Act as the primary technical authority for Data & AI delivery.
• Lead client-facing engagements shaping data-driven AI value.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Capability Lead or Head of Data in consultancy.
• Proven ability to scale multi-disciplinary data capabilities.
• Track record delivering Data & AI-led solutions with impact.
• Experienced with senior client stakeholders (tech, data, business).
• Deep cloud-native data platforms knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong ML lifecycle, MLOps, production AI experience.
