📋 Description

• Own and execute CreateFuture's Data & AI strategy with the AI SDLC alignment.
• Turn strategy into roadmaps for Data Eng, Analytics, Data Science, ML, and AI enablement.
• Evolve the Data capability into a sharper Data & AI offer; deepen verticals.
• Define reference architectures, standards, and patterns to boost speed, quality, and margin.
• Lead client-facing Data & AI advisory across key accounts and strategic bids.
• Build and sustain a high-performing Data organisation; Data as a pillar of AI delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Data leader (Head of Data/Capability Lead) in consultancy or complex delivery.
• Track record scaling multi-disciplinary Data capabilities and teams.
• Proven Data & AI-led solutions with measurable business impact.
• Experienced with senior client stakeholders (tech, data, business).
• Deep cloud-native data platforms: AWS S3/Glue/Redshift/EMR/Kinesis, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Translate technical decisions into business value, risk, and regulatory considerations.
