🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enablement, learning & development, or related roles.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven experience translating business priorities into scalable enablement strategies.
  • Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence without authority.
  • Experience defining success metrics and using data to measure enablement impact.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
