- 8+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or related roles
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience translating business priorities into scalable enablement strategies
- Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence without authority
- Experience defining success metrics and using data to measure enablement impact
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
