🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or related roles
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience translating business priorities into scalable enablement strategies
  • Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence without authority
  • Experience defining success metrics and using data to measure enablement impact
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
