📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end CS strategy for Ramp’s Enterprise & Strategic segments.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Enterprise CSM team.
  • Define key metrics: activation, adoption, time-to-value, NRR, health scores.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for Ramp’s most complex customer relationships.
  • Design change-management frameworks for large multinational deployments.
  • Build AI-augmented workflows across enterprise CS.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in CS/Account Management or Post-Sales; 5+ years in senior enterprise leadership.
  • Change management and digital transformation in multinational corporations.
  • Track record building and scaling CS teams (20+ CSMs) with clear cadences.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise activation metrics: activation, adoption, time-to-value, NRR.
  • Strong AI fluency; actively use AI tools; drive AI-augmented workflows.
  • Executive presence with Fortune 500 execs; translate needs into CS strategy.
