๐ฏ Requirements
- 8+ years of CS in B2B SaaS, 3+ years leading a team
- Proven track record of owning NRR, retention, and expansion targets
- Deep APAC culture understanding (Korea/Japan/Taiwan) and relationships
- Bilingual with excellent English
- Operational mindset with scalable CS processes (onboarding, health scoring, renewals)
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and data viz tools; SQL a plus
