  • Build and lead APAC CS org across Korea, Japan, Taiwan
  • Own post-sales revenue outcomes, target 130%+ Net Revenue Retention
  • Drive expansion revenue by coaching teams to close upsell/cross-sell with Sales
  • Design scalable onboarding, health scoring, renewals, QBRs
  • Manage regional partnerships with Partner Operations Managers
  • Develop the team with clear metrics, coaching, accountability

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years of CS in B2B SaaS, 3+ years leading a team
  • Proven track record of owning NRR, retention, and expansion targets
  • Deep APAC culture understanding (Korea/Japan/Taiwan) and relationships
  • Bilingual with excellent English
  • Operational mindset with scalable CS processes (onboarding, health scoring, renewals)
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and data viz tools; SQL a plus
