- English proficiency (written and spoken).
- 7+ years in CS/AM/Post-Sales leadership in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years leading CS teams with performance coaching.
- Proven ownership of renewals, churn reduction, and expansion.
- Strong operational mindset: playbooks, tooling, KPIs, forecasting.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders (Finance preferred).
