- Own and scale referral and emerging channels programs to drive acquisition and revenue.

- 10+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing; 3+ years leading teams.
- Proven success building scalable referral/affiliate/word-of-mouth programs.
- Working knowledge of SEM, paid social, ABM; strong full-funnel growth strategy.
- Strong analytics; experience with Salesforce, Amplitude, Redash or similar.
- AI-fluent in practice; daily use of AI tools to accelerate briefs and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or quantitative background a plus.
