  • Own and scale referral and emerging channels programs to drive acquisition and revenue.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data to align programs and optimize the funnel.
  • Build and run an experimentation roadmap using data to identify growth levers.
  • Scout, pilot, and scale emerging channels; move quickly from hypothesis to results.
  • Collaborate with Web Marketing to surface conversion experiments and optimize landing pages.
  • Use AI-enabled workflows to surface insights, accelerate briefs, and scale best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing; 3+ years leading teams.
  • Proven success building scalable referral/affiliate/word-of-mouth programs.
  • Working knowledge of SEM, paid social, ABM; strong full-funnel growth strategy.
  • Strong analytics; experience with Salesforce, Amplitude, Redash or similar.
  • AI-fluent in practice; daily use of AI tools to accelerate briefs and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or quantitative background a plus.
