  • 3+ years leading a team of content creators or instructional designers.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM).
  • Proficient in data/analytics (GA, LMS reports) to show ROI.
  • Excellent writing and presentation; translate complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience with LMS and Knowledge Base platforms.
