- Executive presence with empathy; build consensus with senior tech leaders by translating AI to business outcomes
- Fluency in AI and generative AI: AI workflow design, agent orchestration, LLM-based products, and enterprise AI platforms
- Commercial acumen with revenue targets, pricing/packaging, services P&L, or renewals/expansion
