- Experience managing teams of 3+.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Working knowledge of HTML for email.
- Solid segmentation, suppression logic, and waterfall approaches.
- Experience building processes and documentation.
- Strong end-to-end project management.
- Good email deliverability practices.
- Experience across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels.
- Highly analytical; comfortable with raw data.
- Excellent written and verbal English; newsletter copywriting.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative cross-functional team player with strong relationships.
- Comfortable working under pressure to deliver results.
- Team-oriented, customer-focused, no-ego.
- Desirable: Exposure to Adobe Campaign.
- Desirable: Experience launching new brands.
