Head of CRM

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of six.
• Own relationships, performance, and budgeting for CRM systems and agencies.
• Develop multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) with relevance and performance.
• Oversee the full customer lifecycle; optimise across acquisition, retention, reactivation.
• Use data and reporting to inform strategy and tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, affiliates, and teams to deliver aligned projects.
• Support growth across new verticals, markets and the core lead generation gaming.
• Ensure regulatory and licensing compliance across regions.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–8+ years CRM experience.
• Experience managing teams of 3+.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML for email.
• Solid segmentation, suppression logic, and waterfall approaches.
• Experience building processes and documentation.
• Strong end-to-end project management.
• Good email deliverability practices.
• Experience across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels.
• Highly analytical; comfortable with raw data.
• Excellent written and verbal English; newsletter copywriting.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative cross-functional team player with strong relationships.
• Comfortable working under pressure to deliver results.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, no-ego.
• Desirable: Exposure to Adobe Campaign.
• Desirable: Experience launching new brands.
