  • Own lifecycle revenue, retention, and LTV across CRM channels

  • Data-driven with strong experimentation & measurement
  • Lead and develop high-performing CRM teams; strategic thinker
  • Familiar with CRM platforms (Iterable preferred); cross-functional collaboration
