Create architecture and process logic for internal automations and inter-tool workflows.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years experience in operations, systems design, or product management
Deep proficiency with ClickUp, Airtable, Zapier, Notion, Pipedrive, Make, n8n
Experience managing operations across multiple teams or companies
Strong documentation skills — clear SOPs, visual workflows, and internal guides
A user-experience mindset — you build systems that are thoughtful, intuitive, and usable
Experience working in agile/sprint-based operations environments
