🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating high-quality content across formats, on-camera OK.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to decide what not to make.
• Fluency in modern media patterns: hooks, pacing, serial formats, retention.
• Clear POV on how AI changes content creation and distribution.
• Track record of building content strategies driving brand and business outcomes.
• Experience in fintech or strong desire to learn about fintech.
