  • 10โ€“15+ years in consumer marketing, growth, or brand leadership.
  • Proven experience scaling global B2C products, ideally fintech/payments.
  • Strong track record owning growth outcomes, not just campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, and GTM.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical, commercially minded, data-driven decision maker.
