- Proven experience scaling global B2C products, ideally fintech/payments.
- Strong track record owning growth outcomes, not just campaigns.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, and GTM.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical, commercially minded, data-driven decision maker.
