🎯 Requirements

• A track record of building and optimising multi-stream revenue across B2B and B2C in hospitality, tourism, retail, or similar.

• Genuine financial fluency: forecast from first principles and P&L conversations.
\n
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through change with high EQ.
\n
• The ability to operate credibly with government and industry stakeholders without micromanagement.
\n
• Commercial instincts backed by analytical rigour, not instinct alone.
\n
• Comfort with organisational complexity and cross-functional partnerships (philanthropic, program-based, and commercial).
