📋 Description

• Build and own an integrated commercial model across retail, venue hire, tourism, and ticketed experiences as a single revenue portfolio.
• Develop pricing, channel, and audience strategies to grow baseline and peak revenue.
• Lead tourism and venue partnerships with tourism bodies, government stakeholders, and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive audience acquisition, retention, and lifetime value domestically and internationally.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team across buying, retail operations, business development, and venue services.
• Own revenue reporting and forecasting, shifting to a driver-based model linked to audience behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• A track record building multi-stream revenue across B2B and B2C in hospitality, tourism, retail, or similar.
• Financial fluency: forecast from first principles and lead P&L conversations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through change with high EQ.
• Ability to operate credibly in senior external environments including government and industry.
• Commercial instincts backed by analytical rigour, not instinct alone.
• Comfort with organizational complexity and partnerships spanning philanthropic, program-based, and commercial.
